i am tall and a little bit on the bigger side. i really want to lose weight and improve my eating habits. i go to the gym, but its my stomach that never goes away. please help!

for your stomach to go away, what you have to do is some ab exersises. like cruches, 6 inces(when you hold your feet 6 inches above ground when lying down for 3o seconds) and things like that. about your eating habits, instead of grabbing two twinkies, grab one. or better yet, dont grab any! have something helthy instead. try to eat less, and since you're taller, it won't be so hard loosing weight because the fat can be spread apart in your body easier. hope i helped!
