should they go out or what?

to make a very very very long story short, me (13/f), my sis (14/f), and 1 of our best friends (13/m) are all Best friends. but after an incedent the other night, me and my sis are thinkin that he is starting to like my sis, because he grabs her, he calls her his WIT (wife in training) and we thought it was all a joke, but now were rethinking it. aslo, shes starting to like him, at first she wants to, then she doesnt want to, then she does, and it goes on and on and on, i need some advice, should she go out with him, or just leave it as friends, i would really love for u to help

hmm, they should prolly keep things going, and progressing the way that they are for now, i mean, is it a "go out, or don't go out" altamatum? if things keep going, they should go out..
