hey i dont really consider myself fat but def not skinny and i need some ways to get alot skinnier for summer...(bathing suits.. i dont wanna be embarrassed wearing them) and i need some ways to get like rock hard abs and to tone my stomache and my legs (esp thighs) please help!
p.s. i run/walk 30 mins on the treadmill everyday, 45 situps and 35 pushups each day (girl pushups..i cant do a real pushup...any suggestions?) well thanks!!! xox

Maybe give some free advice about: School? shortiebebe021 answered Friday April 29 2005, 5:41 pm: well that's good that you exercise so much! keep on doing that =). and you should try eating less junk food, eat more fruits and vegetables (i'd prefer fruits b/c i hate vegetables! haha). let's say you used to eat 2 pancakes, scrambled eggs, and orange juice for breakfast every morning. instead, now just eat 1 pancake and orange juice. but don't do that right away...first cut down a bit on the eggs, then stop eating the eggs, then eat 1 and a half pancakes, then eat only 1 pancake. trust me, that works a lot better and doesn't feel like you're starving yourself as much!
also NEVER go anorexic!! it's really common these days with girls who think they're fat. it's so unhealthy for you and it doesn't help!! duh it makes you skinny but eating nothing or throwing up is so totally gross and bad for you. i'm sorry i'm really against girls trying to go anorexic who don't even have that disease. lol anyways good luck!! =) [ shortiebebe021's advice column | Ask shortiebebe021 A Question ]
