Hello
I have been gaining alot of weight here lately and Im not so worried out the numbers on the scale its just the fat around my stomach and legs that is starting to get to me I am wearing a 5 in pants right now and i wanna lose some of the fat and make myself have a good stomach and legs does anyone have any ideas for me?

You know whats is really good? Dancing!! I stopped taking dance for cheerleading and immediatly when I started taking it again, I noticed major improvement on my thigh and calve muscle. Its a really great sport...(its a sport in Ireland! lol) Also if you just want to go normal you could buy an excercise ball and do sit-ups, thigh hugs and push-ups on it, either way both are great...
Also for the diet (oops :)) Please I am begging you DO NOT starve yourself. It is VERY bad. and its NOT a diet. Eat like 3 servings of fruit a day and try to stay off carbs (spaghetti, bread, paste, ect.) and also, as mom always says, :) eat your vegetables!!
