I know this is a question thats probably commonly asked but i need to kno. I recently switched into a school with tons of gorgeous pretty girls. I know i`m not the BEST looking and i`m no where as skinny as those other girls but a few people have been calling me fat. I`m 4 11, weigh 120lbs and i`m 13. = / i already know i need to louse a few pounds but am i really over weight. be honest. and what are things i can do to louse weight? lots of details would be helpful. Thank you!!<3

how can they call you fat when i am the same weight.i may be taller but you aint that much shorter than me. they shouldnt be callin you fat. tell them to (beep) off and suck a (beep).cuz they are blind and it dont matter wuts on the outside its the inside. as long as ur comfortable with ur self then it dont matter wut they say

UM, YOU ARE NOT OVERWEIGHT AT ALL.

I felt ugly when I first moved to CA, but since then, I've been hit on numerous times by many guys. All you need to do is smile, and look happy.

All girls are beautiful, it's just the way they carry themselves.

ok first of all weight isnt everything i know you didnt wanna hear that but i gotta say it. i would eat only 3 meals a day. no snacks in between and they have to be healthy meals not just a bowl of cereal or a piece of lettuce ya know? also take a walk or a run dont just sit around. Im not saying ur lazy or anything but a lot of people dont walk or ride bikes when that really is a healthy way to lose weight. hope this helps!

well i cant tell you if ur over weight or not...you could have a different body type. but to lose weight u need to burn calories. maybe do some cardio (jog around the block...and like make a plan of what you want to accomplish.) i know there are plans on toneteen.com where you exercise then keep trakc of what you eat and weigh yourself and everything...but dont let those other girls get to you....dont follow the crowd stand out! be different!

Heyy well first off people that call you fat are just insecure. They just want to fit in by making fun of someone else. I mean I know its upsetting people calling you fat but dont let that bring you down. Think positive! Dont feel self-concious about your looks and weight. It really doesnt matter what you look like on the outside what matters is whats on the inside. I have some ways for you to loose weight. For school lunch try bringing in yougurt water and some lowfat chips. Thats pretty healthy and its not just disgusting foods. Go out for a team sport. Dont snack in between meals. When eating portion control your plate. Taking a little bit of everything. Try those and good luck!! =] Dont let your looks bring you down you are a beautiful girl!

To loose weight try to cut back on things like in-between meal snacks and junk food. Also excersize is a good idea but not for too long maybe like an hour or two each day. Eating healthy is a good way to also keep the pounds away. I hope I helped :)

Exersize for about a half an hour daily, and starts eating better. instead of some junkfood eat some fruits and veggies. It really does work. Try asking for a gym membership, or go to walmart and get some cheap workout equipment. Jumproping is excelent excersize, esspecially if you cant go running or walking. Also, try a workout video. If you buy ur lunch at school try brining your own lunch and bring something healthy.

Hey hun dont be enbaressed by your weight. But just kinda work out and you know try to stay on track dedicate yourself to this. So what I do is I do 20 pushups, 50 crunches, i streath my legs for about 30 mins, and cosmo girl has some good work out's in it. And I also run 5 blox a day.

Well to be hoenst, all you need to lose is 5-10 lbs. Thats it! To do that, this is what my cousin did: No juice, no soda, no snacks in between meals, and dont eat after 7:30 PM. Just drink water and diet pepsi. My cousin did this and in a week he lost around 6 lbs! You can do it!

If you know that you need to lose a few pounds then you need to. Start eating healthy, watching what you eat, and exercise daily. Start running and doing cardio exercises like taebo, kick boxing, etc. You didn't specifically tell us where you wanted to lose weight but just do some abdomical exercises such as crunches and sit ups if you need to tone your abdominals. Well, you aren't over weight but you just have some extra weight on your body. I'm 14 years old and I weigh 108 pounds but I'm 5'4" 1/4 and I'm underweight so I don't know what to tell you about that.

you should work out kanya west work out plan seriouly dance 2 the song. i on the track team but when i'm not bussy running or in school to keep in shape i dance nothang is wrong with it. just have self confedence

try just going for a run a few times a week. And do so bicep curls, and just eat more veggies. Those will fill you up so you won't want the junk food. I'm sorry if i can't help too much.
