before anything, make sure he's single...the worst thing that you can do is hit on an attached guy. after that, ask him if he ever thought about you as a couple, and if you wanted to go out...ask him to be part of a group and spend time with him there. make sure your frends and his are in the group...in case all goes wrong...if that goes well and he seems like he likes you...ask him out in a smaller group and if he still seems interested ask him out! god luck!
