If your really worried about your weight talk to your mom about it maybe you can get together with the proffesionals that can test if your hart is at the right rate or over to see if you are losing weight .They help you and give you the right things to do . I suggst you talk to your mom about it .

Running.. Like when you wake up in the morning, run, before you eat breakfast. It burns off all the calories that you had for the dinner before, and you lose weight quicker than you would if you ran after breakfast and stuff. Hope I helped.

The reason why your stomach is getting bigger is because you are probably eating large amounts of foods and that is why this is happening to you. First you need to start eating healthier but with less amounts of food. Running and jogging will help lose fat in your stomach and so does doing cardio exercises so you will be pumped up and will be able to regular exercises. Crunches and sit ups do work, but only if you increase the amount you do. Hope I helped :)

If your stomach is getting bigger and bigger, you first need to figure out a new eating habit before worring about exercise. And cruches don't help you loose fat, they build muscles and tighten your stomach; you have to give it a few weeks before seeing any sort of results. Running is one of the best ways to burn calories. There is no way to loose weight overnight. It takes months, even years.
