Try before yougo to bed to make sure everything is put away so in the morning you can see your clean room and when you come home from school itwill be clean too and then it should be easy to keep it clean. Just make sure everything is put back when you are done with it.

Keeping your room clean is hard at every age. Trust me. But developing some good habits and strategies now will make it easier when your older.

Some ideas:

1. Set aside 5 or 10 min to pick things up every day at the same time each day. When you wake up, before you go to sleep, as a break when your 1/2 way through your homework, or whatever.

2. Keep a trash can in your room with an open top. Try to make baskets with your trash.

3. I love star charts. If your room is clean when you go to bed, give yourself a star. Set a goal - clean 3 times a week, all but 3 days in a month - something that you'll have to work a little bit to get, but that's not that hard. When your reaching your goal consistently, make it harder. :)

4. If it's mostly one thing - papers from school, laundry, art supplies, etc - get a box or a basket to toss it all into during the week, and then set aside an hour on the weekend every week to put them all away. In the meantime, your room will be mostly clean.

Good Luck!

1.Your not the only one who doesnt like to clean.
2.you should always keep a trash can around in case you make a mess.
3.You should enjoy cleaning cause its good excersice.
4.Throw away things that you really dont need anymore.
5.Use like storage boxes to keep things in that way you wont have everything crowded in the same space.

Hope my advice helped.

i love love love seeing my room clean too believe me, i have like an obsession compulsive disorder where i HAVE to have my room clean lol. but im sorry to say since we dont have high technicality in these day in ages you just have to keep cleaning your room. try writing a note to yourself on a whiteboard or something to remind you to keep it neat. what i do is clean it before i go to bed and i feel so fresh and organized the next morning waking up to a clean room. try that! good luck.
