Is there a chance?
I asked this guy out. He said no cuz he can't date till he's 16. So, is there a chance that he likes me, but just can't date. Or is it one of those lines? He flirts with me, and a few people think he likes me, and his sister told me she thinks he does.

my friends not aloud to date till shes 16too, shes had 3 boyfriends in the last year, what do u thnk she did, she said that they were just 'friends' so she wouldnt get coght. u should tell him this, and if hes playing u, it wasnt meant to be

I don't think a guy would lie about something like that but there is definitely a chance that he likes you but he just can't date. If a few people, including his sister, have told you that he likes you, then he probably does. Hope I helped :)

If he says that he can't date till hes 16, become really great friends until that time and notice that you have a better chance of him liking you when he gets to know you and it might progress. He might just be saying that cuz hes nervous of having a girlfriend. Just let things flow. If you two were meant to be, then it'll happen sooner or later. If not, you still have a great friend!

sounds to me like hes just a little scared of being with someone. maybe you should just keep flirting and see what happens and see if he was just lying about not being able to date until hes 16. if hes flirting it doesnt always mean he likes you. so dont get your hopes up ( i know thats not what you wanna hear) but its the truth. talk to him about ask him if he does like you. good luck!

It sounds like he likes you. If he flirts with you, it probably means he likes you. Try inviting him to a group date. That way he isn't technically going on a date. Then you can find out more about whether of not he likes you. Hope my advice helps!
