ok so i know im kinda old to be asking this but im 15 and i really want to start using a tampon. i have tried a couple times but it always feels uncomfertable and i can never get it in all the way, only half way. i dont know if im putting it in the right spot. any help would be great! ill rate high

Maybe you should try to read the direction on the back of the boxs and if it still can go in all the way then maybe you should stick to pads.

To make sure you put it in the right way(not to be gross) make sure when you're on the toilet that your legs are spread apart. Relax your vagina and then it should go in the right way. Hopefully this helps you out!!
kadieleigh_roberts answered Monday February 7 2005, 9:43 am: piont the tampon towards your lower back. and push it up untill it cant go any further. this will make sure that it is high and comfotable. try using tampons with an applicator this will get you used to inserting it in to your self. good luck love...

You won't get anywhere if your muscles are all tense.
Push it in toward your lower back and make sure you push it high inside you otherwise it will be uncomfortable.
jaede answered Monday February 7 2005, 12:12 am: Make sure when you're putting it in that you're angling it back slightly. Also, try opening your legs a little wider. It helped me when I was starting out to stand facing the toilet and put one foot up on the seat while I inserted it.. You might like to try Slimfits--they're smaller than a regular tampon, and a little easier to insert. If none of this helps, talk to your doctor. Good luck!
