is Ebay really a bad site to use... cuz my parents dont really like to put alot of info out into the internet but theres this really cute bag i want on Ebay. can some one please explain to me how it works ...and does it work well?

It depends on who you are ordering from when you go to order what ever it is you want check the background of that person.MY mom uses it and she loves it! Hope this helps!! XoX Meg
