After a while you probably wont feel it as much since your a beginner its ok. After all, you're just getting used to it! And if the doctor said you have small eyes that could be another reason. Maybe contacts arent for you. I hope that doctor knows what hes doing because if he doesn't you could get a serious eye infection. Ask your mom if she could switch you to another eye doctor and see what they say. All doctors have different points of view.
Good luck hun!

No, you shouldn't be able to notice your contats. I only feel mine if I have worn them all day and my eyes are dryed out, or if it is getting to be time to replace them. Could you have possibly put them in backwards?
