is it true that you can use lemon juice to bring out your natural highlights? if so, how do you apply it?

just squirt it and rub it into your hair then sit out in the sun for a hour or two.

The only time I have used lemon juice for my hair, it was in summer to bring out the blondes. We usually sprayed it out of a bottle.

I am not fully sure if that is true but i heard if you just rub it on like smooth it on thats how it works. I've never actually given it a try but i would think about doing it-trix
