Hi I'm Megan and if you are a swimmer swimmers need more carbohydrates and protein so thats one thing. So what you suld do is say Yes to foods close to nature, always choose fresh foods over pre packaged items, try to eat foods that are nutritionally dense(high in micro nutrients) and make sure there is enough fiber in ur diet.Hope this Helps~!~ Oh and AVOID refined sugars and enriched items chose whole grains!

Well, depending on your height, you are healthy. Try eating what the food pyramid says. Grain, veggies, protein, etc. That is the best way you can get into shape, and stay in shape. Are you learning about nutrition in science? If not, you might be pretty soon unless you already have. Exercise reguarlly, too. Like running once aroun your steet! Hope I helped!
