Well i have been talking to this kid off and on and it seems like he likes me when we hang out but then when i talk to him online or on the phone he acts different and i don't like it but I dont know what to do because when i hang out with him hes like all over me and is different it seems like he cares but then when im not with him it seems like he dosnt what should i do?

i think he might be scared or doesn't know what to say. find out what he likes to do and strike up a conversation from there and see what he says. he just maybe nervous talking on the phone or something.
