Berri answered Monday January 31 2005, 6:27 pm: I've been in that situation before. I ended up buying my guy some chocolate and stuff, and then right before Valentines' Day, we broke up. I ate all his chocolate, and it was DAMN GOOD!!! LOL. So yeah, I'd buy something to be on the safe side, and if things fall through, keep it for yourself!!!
But based on what you said, it sounds like he still really likes you.......I think you need to come out and tell him exactly how you feel about him, that you're crazy about him and all that. Don't hold back. And then as much as it sucks, you just have to trust him...Trust me, I know what it's like being paranoid. I'm the same way. I'm convinced that my boyfriend is too good for me and doesn't really like me and is gonna' cheat on me. But, there's nothing you can really do, ya' know? If he says he loves you, believe him. If cheats on you, it's not your fault.
Don't pass up a great relationship by trying to convince yourself that things are too good to be true. Just enjoy it. If he says he loves you, he loves you.
