To me, that sounds like an awesome opportunity for him to meet your fam!!! It won't be the typical "boyfriend-sits-down-with-family-at-the-dinner-table-and-there's-a-huge-awkward-silence-for-an-hour" type thing. There will be tons of other stuff going on. And a lot of times, guys like it when they get to see the REAL side of their girlfriend's family, if you know what I mean. Like, normally, parents never act like themselves around their kid's friends/boyfriends/girlfriends. They try to act all proper and all. But at this party, they're probably gonna' be less likely to be like that since they're really passionate about football and will be screamin' and hollering at the T.V. and stuff. It sounds weird, but it might actually make him feel MORE comfortable. And you can just be like, "Yup...That's my crazy family for ya'..." And since the focus won't be all on him, it'll leave time for you two to just spend some time together and hang out.

I dunno', in my personal opinion, it sounds like you should still let him go. But ultimately, it's up to you and what you think would be best. You know your family better than me. Good luck to ya', and I'm sure it'll all work out.

Much love, Berri

I'm sure your boyfriend is going to love your family. He probably won't think their crazy at all. He's going a superbowl party. Anything with football, guys will love it. Just tell him before he goes, that your family is a little bit on the crazy side. Make a joke out of it. He'll probably just laugh and will end up haveing a lot of fun. Don't worry about it too much hun, everythings going to go great.

Well I would talk to your mom about this I mean ask if she can help out and your bf is obviously a guy so he will enjoy the craziness for football. I would just give him a headsup i mean i did that to at my cousins wedding im like "nathan (boyfriedn) my family is a lil crazy" and i laughed to make a joke out of it but he knew was telling him soemthing and i ment it and hes like ok he was fine. He told me he loved my family. So im sure everything will work out fine!! Just let him know your kinda scarred for him 2 meet alot of people and also let him know about the dinner-trix
