need help!

hey first of all thanx to advicenators for helping people in their problems...i have a problem of my own..my bestfriend and this guy love each other to death and the guy LOVES HER TO DEATH but the thing here in egypt is that not alot of ppl prefer to date now so they dont date but they see each other in school and they talk on the phone and they go out and all but the girl feels that she needs to be loved she perfectly knows that but she needs to feel that he cares for her and he's too shy to make a move and now after 3 years together she finally decided to leave him and i dont want her to do that so i wanna help them...can u help me to help them??? thnx

:) After 3 years and they still love each other, I wouldn't want them to split either!
But I believe you should talk to her one day and ask her to tell you exactly why she wants to do this. Then show her all the reasons why you think she shouldn't. Get her to really rethink this. Hope I helped any:)

Just try to tell her all the good things about them and ask her why she left him. If she lost her love for him maybe its time to face the fact that their relationship is over. Now you can set her up with someone else who might be a little better for her. Just what ever you do, be her understanding friend.
