The only meaning that I can think of at this moment for "ISS" is "In School Suspension"

In my school it means In School Suspension. But that's probably not what it means here.

Hmm, well I know the acronym ISS to stand for In School Suspension. Like as in when you do something bad in school you are put in ISS which is bacially a room that you sit there without talking and do school work. I am sure there are other ISS's that relate to something different. If that wasn't what you were talking about, search google for more info. :)
