There are many places to learn Html and CSS from. One of many good place are www.lissaexplains.com Its a very nice place to learn html and css. You could also go to [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) You could try searching for "Html Learning websites" or something like that. I am quite sure you will get some good websites names like that. i looked ups oem sites for you which are good. They are:
