hey, my friends birthday is coming up, and theres something i know they want. but theyre saying they dont want me 2 get it. theyll feel bad if i get it for them, and ill feel bad if i dont. theyre a good friend, and deserve a good gift on their birthday. i would be doing the same for them, that ive done for all my friends birthdays, but theyre still saying theyll feel bad. whats your opinion on the matter?

gee, that sounds familiar. If they dont want you to buy you the gift you can listen to them, but if you feel they deserve it get it for them. If you think you will feel guilty if you dont give him/her the gift you should go with how you feel. Hope i helped. Good luck xD
