i really want to lose some weight. i've been eating better and not eating sweets and stuff like that but i can only lose like 3 or 4 pounds. what else can i do?? i exersise normal and im really stressing about it.

AdInA answered Monday January 24 2005, 9:44 pm: hey loosing 3 or 4 pounds is better than nothing! it shows what you are doing is working. keep eating the way you have been and exercise a whole lot! get involved with a sport to help you stay in shape, or just run every morning or night. you should go to a local gym to work out! remember, in order to stay in shape not only do you have to exercise you have to eat right! something that works is to eat 500 less calories a day, but you only loose one pound per week. loosing weight can be time consuming so don't stress out! it will be totally worth it, trust me!
