talk to him. i know its hard, but if your going out, the feelings must be mutual right? so he has to have feelings for you. and since he is younger, he probably feels like you are the one controlling the relationship, where as you probably want him, the guy, to control it. not to a point where he becomes clingy, just the one who makes the moves. you need to tell him you really like him and he should feel comfortable around you.

Sweetie all you can do is talk to him about it! I know I am that way with some people. Maybe he is very scared

I'm not sure if hes ready for a relationship, if hes that shy, I think when he gets older he'll be better about your relationship, so maybe you should find someone else or wait until you guys are older.

You just have to find a way to make him more comfortable. Talk to him about it and see what he thinks about the situation. Also, try talking about stuff both of you are interested in. He probably just needs a little time to open up.

Well, some boys are just like that. My ex boyfriend was very shy and we didn't talk about much. But you really like him, and i didn't have any feelings for him. But anywayz, try finding his intrests. Animals? Sports? Favorite subject in school? Favorite movie? Maybe he feels the same way about you, so he's shy. Just talk to him a lot and go with the flow. Good luck!
