thank you for your advice! it was very good...can u give me those websites on healthy eating and exercise?? also, would say..doing 5 days of cardio a week and 2 days of weights...and then everyday doing situps and lunges..would that be good?

FunnyCide answered Monday January 24 2005, 8:00 pm: Ok, take it slowly. If you rush into it, doing five days of cardio and two of weights plus sit ups and lunges, you'll kill yourself! Start with five days a week, three cardio and two weights. I would suggest doing situps and lunges towards the end of your workout, but stretch last!! Stretch before you exersize too.. I found out what happens the hard way. Lunges are ok, if you don't have bad knees or back problems. Push ups are aweosme. Bring on the cruches! Pull ups are great too, if you have a place that you can do them from. The web links are below:
