Last year we got in a fight so we arent friends anymore ... but today i saw her brother in starbucks ( i haven't seen him in like over a year). I said hey to him but either he didnt hear me or didnt know who was saying hey ... but when i was leaving her was like hey Tami omg you look so much older and did a little smerk ...

well, it kinda depends on the kinda guy he is, like if hes a player and a flirt then it might not mean much of anything. but also if he's not so much the flirty type, then it could mean he thinks youre hot and want to talk to you more. but i think it's worth it to talk to him some more, and see if he wants to hang out. that way you can get to know him better and see if he flirts a lot and acts like he likes you. but you should be somewhat reserved, at least at first, because if he ends up not liking you and you get a huge crush on him, it could hurt a lot in the end.
