need to lose weight!

hey im a 13/f. i weigh about 95,100 pounds.i eat rite, and i do cheerleading and lacrosse. i know thats not like overweight , but all my friends weigh about 80 pounds! i feel like a freak around them. does anyone know any good exercises for your whole body? (and so i can lose pounds b4 spring?)
