this is gross o.k. well i'm on a diet and it hasn't been working out too well. i got on a scale and it said i was 134! then, my mom got on and she was 132! i can't believe that she weighs less than me. i also can't help cravings for food if i have money and crap like that. i'm going to ask my friend to help me make good choices at lunch but it will still be hard. please please please help justine!!!

first off. if your my age, you should be on a diet. your a teenager and need all the food you can get! your a growing person! lol. but don't call it a diet. maybe just eat heathy.yeah i know those cookies and chips look great, but hey fruit is just as good! also i did this b.4 make like a deal. for every bad thing you eat, jog 5 min. and sooner or later you will stop eating bad food. and hey! whats better food..or clothing! ..i think clothes! haha if this doesn't help. ask me again i have some other things to help you loose some weight ]
