Hey,
First off, DO you love your boyfriend? Just because you've known him two years longer than this other guy, doesn't mean that you care for him more. If you do, then you need to tell your friend that she's being paranoid - but not in so many words, or she might get offended, lol. Assure her that you're not interested in her guy (if you're not) and make sure she is OK with that. You should probably ask her why she's being so odd about everything, too.
If your friend won't stop bugging you about this, then you may have to threaten her with ending your friendship (i.e. if she doesn't stop obsessing over your feelings for your boyfriend; after all they're none of her business) - it may be the only way to stop her.
