Dear Advice Giver
I am a sophmore and this is my first year attending public school. I used to be in a all girls catholic school (yeah they exist!!!) I hated it there because all the girls where mean mean girls (like the movie!) I love my new school because i have lots of nice friends, one in particular is charlie (FYI i have never had a guy friend) Charlie does really good in school and we only talk on IM, but whenever we do he signs off real fast (i think it's because he dosen't want to be my friend) The few times I have talked to him in person i stumble over all my words (which i have never done) and blush for no reason. My friends say i have a crush on him, but i have never had a crush so i don't know what they are like. What should i do to make charlie know that i would really like to be his friend, and how do you know if you have a crush. And how do you know if a guy has a crush on you
first off i would like to deeply apologize on how long it has taken me to reply to your question...i have been awfully busy (as we all are im sure) and im sure you have found a solution by now but if not, well i hope this will help you (and i hope this will be on time, or just a LIL bit late...). well now, just because you act wierd around him doesn't mean you like him. i mean its totally natural for girls to have different behaviors around guys than when around other girls. i do that with a lot of my guy friends. i mean you have never had a guy friend before so of course this is natural. also, just because he signs off really fast doesnt mean he's avoiding you or anything. its a thing that a lot of guys do. just sign on and off or something like that. its totally normal. just keep [trying] to talk to him and soon it'll be as natural as breathing. also try making more guy friend (if you havent done so already) so you can practice talking with other guys and to see if you only act wierd around charlie. who noes, maybe you do have a crush on him. you wont find out till you do though... ya noe?
