weight yeah am 5;4 abour and 120 poundsi want to weigh like 100 or 105 but the hole exercising thing is like complicating.. is there any other way i could that wouldnt be much money.. also on my hips theres like fat or w|e and i dont know how to get rid of that.. the fat on my hips is the most important to me to get rid of cuz i cant wear stuff that id like to wear because i get imbarrasessed.. soo can you please help me!!!

one thing i accidentally found out that really works is if you walk about 1-2 miles a day, and lower your meals down to 2 big meals or 3-4 small meals daily. That really gets rid of excess fat around your middle. ]
Ok, need you to listen very carefully to me because you will likely get a ton of bad advice for this question (it never fails). There is no excercise, no diet, no anything at all that will get rid of fat specifically from your hips (or ANY specific area of the body). What you can try to do is to lose weight in general but only your genes will decide in what order fat is lost and from where- if anyone tells you otherwise they have no clue what they are talking about. Now, if you want healthy, permanent weight loss you need to slowly create a change in your eating habits and create a small calorie deficit. Eat small balanced meals, eat often say 4-6 times a day (this helps boost your metabolism), avoid a lot of sugar and saturated fat, and eat a couple of hundred Cals less than you need in a day. I realise that you dont want to excercise, but I would still recommend that you try to find a way to increase your activity level as this will make things easier (maybe walk or bike instead of taking the bus). ok i'm about 5 7 and was about 130 lbs but that was over christmas break. i'm down to 122 lbs. and my only advice is your eating habits, i've been eating real healthy, like even just a banana for breakfast and thats it. never overeat that's the worst, if you dont stuff yourself then you souldnt gain weight. i know you probably want some easy way like a pill or something but just eat right and if you have spare time dont sit and watch tv, get up and walk or do crunches, anything to keep you active.
