the first step is flirt. flirt a lot. but make sure you don't flirt w/ to many guys!.. only the hot ones! and don't go over board also. k? and if you really like a guy. flirt more w/ them. but not to the point were your a slut. and to get guys to like you. act cute. be cute. flirt and just be your self! and no. theres not "secret" your time will come =) well i hope i helped.ask me if you need more help!
