For those of you that have your tongue peirced did it hurt, can you compare to ne other peirceings? was it a quick pain? and what size gauge do they put it first?
Striker6909 answered Monday January 10 2005, 7:25 pm: well, i haven't gotten my tongue pierced but... of course it's going to hurt, its not like your tongue is a special exception to pain.. i mean think about it, if you stuck a nail straight through your tongue wouldn't it hurt? and depending on how good of the person is can determine whether or not is a quick pain... and i'm sure that the after pain is even worse.. because you are making a whole that shouldn't even be there in the first place... Got out to tha truck and the bottom part of my face {neck area 2} felt like someone punched me in the neck 4 about 30 minutes lol, none of this compared to the 3 days after the piercing when I was hungry as hell and couldn't eat nothing! Drinking soft drink's was cool b/c for about 1 millionth of a second the gauge would freeze in my mouth. awesome. so anyways, after that it was fine, i could eat anything i wanted and most of the time forgot it was even in my mouth. and it was a cool thing to have. Sadly after all that, having it a month, i took it out to make out with a guy and went to put it back in 3 hours later and it had grown up! totally sucked but yea im going to get it done again, i think it was worth it. A tounge piercing is the only place on your whole body that heals the quickest. But...every girl has her own kissin technique and a tounge ring kinda' messes you up on that, have to get a new technique. lol [ kristen22's advice column | Ask kristen22 A Question ]
