Is there any way to remove the skin under your armpits? Like any excersizes. Please no surgeries.

I dont think there is any surgeries and if there was i dont think id advice for you to go ahead with it.

Nope, there isn't any way to remove or make the skin smaller. There are new exercises or anything. Only getting it cut off will remove it! Hope I helped :)

You can remove it with different arm excersizes, ones that make you move your arms up and down are most helpful, and push-ups tighten it so that it won't hang. Movements side to side help to. Use weights and move your arms in little circles.
