Im still a virgin..but Ive watched Talk Sex With Sue Johanson (talk sex show on tv) and she says just to be relaxed. If your nervous before sex, your vaginal muscles will tighten, making the pain worse. Just relax and make sure your ready for this. Have the guy finger you gently..lubrication might ease the pain perhaps.
