i am moving to chicago soon. we don't yet know where we will be living, but i am looking for a good school to attend. i am in the 10th grade, and i wish to find a school with a well-developed music program. does anyone from chicago know a good school like this? i will be living downtown, and i'm looking for something w/out a gang problem. if anyone has some advice, i would be very grateful.

i live in illinois, just not chicago. i'm scared crazy of the city, so i can't really help you. but you could go to google.com and say "chicago fine arts school" or something like that. and no part of chicago is actually good. i've heard the south side is worse, and i've heard the north side isn't bad. south's got all the projects or something. good luck and i hope u like chicago!
