I am trying to delete some of my ratings but How do you know what the rating was for certain questions and answers? Thanks!

You click on the number [rating] in your feedback, and then it opens up a link to the question and your answer, then you go to edit answers, and find that question, click "edit answer" and then delete it and press the "edit answer" button. That deletes the rating. -Angel

You can't see who rated you because the questions are all confidential. Only the level 2 and 3 moderators can see who askes specific questions.

You should be able to tell which rating goes to which question by clicking on the individual rating on your "feedback" page. It will bring you to the link of the question that it is for.
