i was just told today that my brother is suffering from depression and im not taking it really well. He is being treated for it but i cant think of life without him. He is my best friend. Are there any ways to get my mind off of his problem?? If there are i really wanna know. tHanks

Go out with your friends, read books, write poems. Anything to keep you busy. You could even clean your room or help around the house. If you're out with people a lot then it'll get your mind off it. Just try not to think of it. If you think about NOT thinking about it, you'll just think about it more. Just keep yourself busy and you should be able to keep your mind off it. Seeing a movie really helps =c). Hope I helped!
