You should have a regular basis to have a diet not every day it is bad for your health because your body might say ok then she is going to save up all this food now that she is on a diet.

have interestin foods.. make sure you exercise heaps.. if you want to loose weight then walk for half an hour everyday without fail.. eat healthy.. not too healthy.. no softdrink or cordial.. just water.. at least 8 liters a day.. im on this diet.. yes im a guy.. but this is what my personal trainer tells me.. umm.. so like no chips.. try and stay away from carbs and have no more than 10 calories a day.. hope this helps

okay, keeping a diet is not always easy. its wicked hard..for me atleast. Well i think you could just make yourself stick to it! Keep a journal, eat like a banana&yogurt for Breakfast then write it down in the journal, then for lunch have like a salad with a little bit of dressing if you want & then write that down in your journal, then for dinner you can have what ever you want..but healthy. Have like chicken and some elbow pasta(plain) with a side of carrots and then for drink have water or a diet soda! HOPE I HELPED!

it depends on how old you are, how much you exercise, and how much you way.. things like that. I personally don't think that dieting is all it is cracked up to be. Don't cut out any of your meals. Just make sure of that and you shouldn't look funny. The body (usually) naturally proportions itself. So if you just make your portions smaller and drink lots of water.. not soda. Then you should be alright.
