You can take Benedryl... it's an over the counter allegry medicine... if you take it an hr or 2 before you go to bed... you'll be knocked out...

UHm idk, but you should ask your doctor, cause i take sleeping pills like as a perscription but i asked my doctor and she recommended me them cause i told her i couldnt sleep at all cause i have to much shit goin on in my head but tlk to your doctor!

I would go get checked by the dr. I heard there are some bad side effects to the sleeping pills.-trix
