do i like him? does he like me?
ok so theres this guy, and he's on the swim team with my brothers, and he is their friend. recently i've been talking to him online, staing up really late, and of corse it doesnt matter bcuz its winter break. but one night we stayed up until 4:20 talking....and he's even giving me a nickname. my friends say that we've been flirting, and sparks a flying, but im not sure. i get a flushed, fluttery, and i start blushing sometimes when i talk to him online. i think i might like him, but does he like me? my friends also say that we would make a cute couple, but they can never give me a straight answer of why. the come up with, you are both tall and have brown hair.
please help!

hey it sounds like he likes you..i mean if he stays up late just to talk to you then he has to have some kind of feelings for you...and he makes up lil nicknames..thats cute...but dont come right out and ask him....just do like how your doing right now, getting to know him...i mean you havent even talked to him on the phone or anything....next time your online and talking to him say something like "oh my mom has to use the computer now, but if you want ill call you"...if he gives you his number...its really obvious he likes you....if he doesnt and says no its okay then thats kind of sad.....or if you dont want to call him...next time online ask him if he wants to hangout..

well, this is kindof hard for us Advicenators to answer 'cause we don't know the whole situation. you talking to him alot online and maybe seeing him when you go to your brothers swim team practices and stuff is good. it (to me) sounds like he has a "thing" for you. get a friend to ask him how he feels about you if you're afraid to. if you aren't afraid to, then ask him how he feels about you. and about you and him TOGETHER maybe. i know kindof what you're saying when you say that you think you might like him... it's like you think you want to like him, but you don't want to get your feelings hurt or your heart broken. i know how that is. i don't really think that it matters that you are a year younger than him. sometimes guys actually go for younger girls... but it kindof really depends on your situation and stuff.. the only way to know for sure if he likes you is to ask him, get a friend to ask him, or if you are close to a brother, get a brother to ask him. :)

Two Good things, 1, you would see eachother a lot, if you hooked up, and also, you seem to both have interest in eachother. I don't think you should straight up ask him if he likes you, because he would feel majorly on the spot. You should plan a day of going to the movies with a few of your friends, icluding guys, and ask him to come along. If he seems to really be enjoying himself, ask him out. It's alright since you are the girl. =)Best of luck
