i am 5'3 and i weigh 135 pounds...i know i am over weight and its mostly all in the stomach... i never have enough time to run after school because i have so much hw... i run during athletics tho.... i try to eat pretty healthy..i heard that if u eat alkl fruit and veggies and cut your meals in half that it would help...do u know any good ways to lose weight i want to lose like to or 20 lbs...

That has some great ideas!! As far as exercise,I think the simple way is always better than throwing yourself into some big exercise plan!That website has some great insight into working out.Just start out slow and work your way up! Fruits and veggies are great! As far as cutting your meals in half,I think it's healthier to gradually cut down to smaller portions,but always eat 3 meals a day.Cutting down on the snacking in between meals is a great thing!If you do get the urge to snack,and can't resist,grab a handful of almonds,or some carrott sticks,or strawberries,whatever you like!Something that's a good snack,that's still close to junk food but is actually healthy for you is pretzels!I LOVE pretzels,and they're a really good snack to have,check out the low sodium ones so you don't have a TON of salt on them.I hope you were able to find SOME help in there,but just remember that the real key is to have faith in yourself!Don't give up because you have a bad day,and don't go into this with an attitude of you're so hideous that you HAVE to do this,because you're not.Go into it with an attitude that you are a pretty,intelligent,and great girl,and hey,why not add to your greatness?Hehehe :) Keep smilin girl and let me know how you're doing!!!
