I think I know who this is, so the easiest and best way to do it is on IM, although you never really know who exactly it is, so go into deep conversation first, and maybe have your other friends IM her to double check too. If she doesn't have IM, then try asking her at the end of the day, so she won't feel on the spot to say yes.=)

Well, if you haven't already, get to know her first and see if you like her. But, if you already know her, get her number if you already haven't and talk to her. And once you talk to her on the phone, just be like "You know, we've talked for awhile now and I like what I see and I just want to know if you would go out with me" Just say something like that, don't just be like "Hey be my girlfriend" lol. I mean be sweet and nice about it. If you already know that she likes you, if you want to be romantic, you can bring a rose to her (when you two are hanging out) and say "Will you be my girlfriend?" Just do something like that. Or, if the girl isn't really about all romance, just take her to a movie and just say "Will you go out with me?" There's many ways to ask a girl out, just depends on how the girl is, like her personality, is she romantic or what?
