Weight Im a really short person and i weigh more then i should..prolly around 155 and im only 5-1...what can i do to loose weight?

Excercise will definately help you stay in shape and tighten up that tummy! Get some work-out videos and do them FAITHFULLY every night. Running and jogging help too- find a gym you can run in. Get a membership and a gym if you have to.
Try eating better; like salads and pitas. Cut back on the fast food, or better yet..don't even eat that crap. Lighten up on the pop too. Drink alot of water and just watch how much christmas chocolate you're eating. =) Hope I helped!
