I like this guy Dylan. N i finally told him and it turns out he likes me! Wahoo right? Wrong. He doesn't date. He got hurt really bad in a past relationship and gave dating up. He doesn't like talking about it, so I dont push. We are really good friends but I can't help but want it to be me. He says if he would take it back he would, but he would have to change who he is and that would kill him. <Not good. He's also done stupid stuff n he's trying to fix it. N he won't try dating agian. Even though he's all like "I love you, but I don't want me to get hurt. Or worse yet you to get hurt."
He's hurting me more this way...
How can i get over him? Even possible?
Oh. Im 14 female.

I know it's hurting you, it's probably hurting him more knowing that he doesn't want to take the risk of being with you and getting hurt. You'll get over him. One day you'll see Mr. Wonderful and think "Dylan who?"

Also tell him that he is just hurting you by not tryuing and tell him that what happened in the past is the past. and he needs to forgive and forget. b/c if he dosent he is only hurting himself and will be lonley for ever.. -Steven [ YourEvrydayLoser's advice column | Ask YourEvrydayLoser A Question ]
