Hey,Erica,Im having a little problem. How do i contain my composer (aka attitude)while playing sports. Cause i get mad easily

It sounds like your a little competitive. Try to calm down and tell yourself its not about winning or losing, its about having fun. I am not a huge sports person, or a competitive person...so i am trying to tell you to look at it in a way like i do when i do play sports. Just do it because you love it, not to win. Just take a deep breath, and play with your team and have fun. Yea,sure, the whole point is to beat the other team, but dont blow up on the team! I dont know if it will work...but i hope i helped!
