kaufmans sells a whole section to just dresses and formal things at good prices, not too expensive.. jc pennys is good.. you could also just go to a regular clothes store and just buy a nice dress and shirt.. hope ive helped! =) x0

JCPenney has good dresses. Go to the mall, there's a lot of good dresses there. Good luck!

Umm, you can get a semi-formal dress at Filene's, Macy's, JcPenny, and other stores that sell dresses! Hope I helped :)
