I would say a true friend is someone who will go to the ends of the earth to find the things you need. Someone who you can truly trust with your life. Someone who will stay up with you all night and cry with you while your crying. Someone who will laugh with you when your laughing. Someone who is there for you every single time you need help. The person that has your back and you have theirs. When your uncertain of someting a true friend reassures you that everything will be alright. They are there forever til the end. They are honest and will not lie to you, they will be there in every part of your life.

You always want to be able to trust them. You should be able to talk to them about anything. If you just got dumped then you should expect them to comfort you. Really it all depends on what you want in a friend. Also you should be able to make a fool of yourself infront of them and they should not care. If you need anymore help just ask. :D

It depends on what you look for in a friend. I look for trust. My friends are people who would never betray me or stab me in the back. We have fun times together and are there for each other. That's what I look for but I dunno what you look for. So this is the best answer I can give you.
