Ok...i have this friend...she does something bad to her body but i do it to. i cant say to stop bcuz shes just gonna b like you do it to...i dont kno how to help her and myself at the same time...i dont wanna stop but she does it much worse then me...can you please give me some advice...

Hey. First things first. If you think what she is doing bad you need to stop yourself. I mean you both should work together and be there for eachother and work through it together and help eachother out. After all that is what friends are there for right? Of course. I have a feeling your talking about cutting. Please dont do that to yourself. I beg you and i know i dont know you but still please do not do that. That can be extremely dangerous! You just need to work through it together. or maybe get real help.
