My friend gave him (my crush) my cell number and he hasn't called yet! he has a friend who lives close to me and said that he wants to hang out sometime! what does this mean?

Guys don't analyze things like girls do...it probably doesn't mean ANYTHING that he hasn't called you yet, other than just the plain and simple he hasn't gotten around to it! Don't worry yourself about it. If his friend says he wants to hang out, take him up on the offer! Good luck.
