bad grades

i worked my but off in math, but i still got a 58% on my test! I try and try so hard, bt i never get my homework. I am not stupid, i get straight a's in every class but math. I used to be fine with math but now i am struggling. What can i do to imporve my grade before report cards?
P.S. extra credit is not allowed

i had the same problem this year and i didnt know what to do i would studie and studie and studie but nothing ever worked so i talked to the teacher and asked if i could come in after school and i asked if she wouldnt tell any1 and she didnt now im doing great
